I had a mixed experience during my stay at the W Dallas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right from check-in. However, the dining options left much to be desired, especially the banquet food, which was disappointing and unappealing. Overall, while the location is excellent for events at the American Airlines Center, there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

I recently stayed at W Dallas for a birthday celebration. while the valet service was impressive, thanks to Spencer, my experience wasn’t without its flaws. Check-in was smooth, but an unruly encounter at the lobby bar and issues with housekeeping left me wanting more. The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for events at the American Airlines Center, making it a double-edged sword for my overall stay.
